WEINHEIM - Global technology company, Freudenberg, says it is further expanding its car floor mat business in Germany after announcing one of its subsidiaries has signed an agreement to acquire Grafing-based Hanns Glass GmbH & Co. KG, which is a global supplier of car floor mats and has a strong European presence as well as a complementary portfolio of core businesses from operations in Asia and North America.
