    AKXY debut in Europe

    DÃœSSELDORF – At a press conference in Düsseldorf, Germany, Asahi Kasei unveiled its AKXY concept car in Europe for the first time and its plans for expansion within the automotive sector. A number of advanced nonwovens and technical textiles are to be found among the vehicle’s innovations for lightweighting, as well as concepts for electrification and autonomous driving.
