    Proposed legislation would require full online and pack-level disclosure of intentionally added ingredients in children’s diapers

    SACRAMENTO – Lawmkers in California have introduced legislation that would require manufacturers to disclose intentionally added ingredients in children’s diapers sold, distributed or made in the state.

    Assembly Bill 1901, introduced by Assemblymember Marc Berman, would apply to new online disclosure requirements from January 2028 and packaging requirements from January 2029.
