    Ontex has set out a transformation programme to refocus its hygiene operations on productivity, profitability and adult care growth in Europe, while resetting its North American strategy

    AALST - Ontex has completed a strategic review that will reshape its global hygiene business through a combination of productivity measures, restructuring and a sharper category focus designed to stabilise earnings and strengthen cash generation.

    The Belgium‑based group plans to raise its total savings target to €240 million by 2028, while repositioning its North American operations and deepening its commitment to adult incontinence products in Europe.
