    Rayonier completes Tembec buy out

    JACKSONVILLE – Rayonier Advanced Materials has completed the acquisition of Tembec, combining two complementary high purity cellulose businesses with integrated forest products, including fluff pulp for diapers and fibres for filter media, as well as pulp for paper, paperboard and newsprint.
