R2G acquires majority shares in Pegas

PRAGUE – Czech Republic-based R2G Rohan Czech has acquired a majority share of more than 80 per cent in spunmelt manufacturer Pegas Nonwovens, following a voluntary takeover bid launched earlier this year.
