Environmental news and technical innovation in the nonwovens sector

Coca-Cola has not been alone in unveiling 100% bio-based PET bottles in Milan during June.

This employs BioFormPX paraxylene supplied by Virent and produced at Virent’s Madison, Wisconsin demonstration plant. Taiwan polyester specialist Far Eastern New Century (FENC) worked with Virent and Coca-Cola to convert the BioFormPX to bio-PET resin.
