KARLSBAD– Ultrasonic machinery manufacturer Herrmann Ultraschall has developed an assembly line to deliver all ultrasonic laminating and sealing steps for a new patented abdominal swab – dubbed 'Texart' – by Portugese medical device producer Bastos Viegas. The new product, made of a spunlace nonwoven and a textile net including x-ray thread, is highly absorbent and low linting.
