Ahlstrom terminates business divestment

BusinessFibre-based materials company Ahlstrom and fibre glass materials business Owens Corning have terminated their agreement regarding the planned divestiture of Ahlstrom's Building and Wind business unit to Owens Corning, citing challenges associated with obtaining regulatory clearance in Germany for the transaction.
