Environmental news and technical  innovation in the nonwovens sector

Asahi KaseiAsahi Kasei Fibers is scheduled to break ground on a new manufacturing facility for its Bemliese cellulose continuous filament nonwoven fabric in Nobeoka, Miyazaki, Japan this December. The company says that production is expected to begin in March 2017, and will add 1,500 tons per year of the material to its existing 4,000 tons per year capacity.
