The Wetlace technology which marries it to spunlacing is revolutionising the field of wipes in the quest for flushability, for example, while at the same time it’s being employed to develop new products based on recycled carbon composites by companies working with the aerospace and automotive OEMs.

Now the Performance Materials business of Lydall is installing a new wet-laid system at its plant in Rochester, New Hampshire, USA, for the production of filter media.
