WASHINGTON – Personal care giant Kimberly-Clark has been made temporarily exempt from a new Washington D.C. State law that stipulates the labelling of a flushable product, after calls for the company to comply with National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ guidelines were found to ‘tread impermissibly’ on the company’s First Amendment rights.
