With the US Federal Trade Commission having recently made settlements with a number of wipes manufacturers about flushability claims being made about their nonwoven products, the issue was at the very top of the agenda at World of Wipes in Atlanta, Georgia this week. “Flushability is a hot topic of this conference and it is definitely a hot topic of this industry,” said Nick Santoleri, vice president of operations, Rockline Industries Inc.
