    Potential acquisition signals a strategic pivot toward localisation and automotive supply chain realignment in North America

    AHMEDABAD - India’s Arvind Limited’s is reportedly interested in acquiring a majority stake in US-based, needlepunch specialist, Dalco Nonwovens.

    If concluded, the US$125–140 million deal would give Arvind Advanced Materials its first meaningful manufacturing base in the United States.
