Indorama Ventures develops odour-capturing fibres

BANGKOK - Indorama Ventures will present a new odour-capturing fibre technology for hygiene and technical nonwoven applications at September’s Dornbirn Global Fiber Congress.

The new technolpgy, which is designed to capture a broad range of odour-causing compounds within the fibre structure, rather than masking them with fragrance, is aimed at absorbent hygiene products where odour control is an important performance requirement, particularly adult incontinence and feminine care products.
