Autoneum completes Chinese automotive component deal

WINTETHUR - Autoneum has completed its acquisition of a 70% stake in Chinese automotive component supplier Jiangsu Huanyu Group, a key supplier of acoustic and thermal management systems for the country’s domestic car market.
