Mativ completes engineered papers sale

ALPHARETTA - Mativ Holdings, which was formed after the merger of Schweitzer-Mauduit International (SWM) and Neenah Inc., has completed the sale of its Engineered Papers business to Evergreen Hill Enterprise.

Mativ operates two segments – Advanced Technical Materials (ATM) and Fiber-Based Solutions (FBS), of which the Engineered Papers business was part.
