Nonwovenn establishes technical materials acquisition vehicle

Nonwovenn and CorpAcq have formed Technical Materials Group to pursue acquisitions across specialist materials markets in the UK, Europe and North America

LEEDS – UK nonwovens fabric manufacturer Nonwovenn has partnered with CorpAcq on the formation of a corporate vehicle aimed at spearheading a growth and acquisition strategy across the specialist materials sector.

Following the partnership transaction completed between Nonwovenn and CorpAcq in December 2025, the businesses have established Technical Materials Group (TMG), which will focus on acquiring businesses manufacturing IP rich products and specialist materials, such as highly engineered textiles, films, composites, ceramics and laminated products.
