    Takween Advanced Industries has completed its acquisition of JOFO Nonwovens’ 70% stake in spunmelt specialist Advanced Fabrics

    Takween will assume all current and future obligations of SAAF

    RIYADH - Takween Advanced Industries has completed its acquisition of a 70% stake in Advanced Fabrics Co from Jofo Nonwovens Co, giving the Saudi company full ownership of the nonwovens business.

    The transaction was first outlined in late 2025 and had already cleared competition approval before completion on 8 September 2026.
