Attindas eyes French hygiene acquisition

RALEIGH – US-based Attindas Hygiene Partners has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Activ Médical Disposable (AMD), a French producer of absorbent hygiene, personal care and disposable medical products.

Subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions, the transaction would extend Attindas’ manufacturing presence in France and Spain.
