    Nobel Hygiene plans IPO amid capacity expansion

    AHP manufacturer has issued IPO documents as it plans a new adult-diaper line and an expanded manufacturing and warehousing site

    Mumbai – India-based AHP giant Nobel Hygiene is launching an initial public offering (IPO) that includes a fresh issue of up to Rs150 crore.

    Part of the proceeds are earmarked for capacity expansion at its Halol site in Gujarat, including an adult diaper machine line and a brownfield manufacturing and warehousing facility.
