    Magnera is highlighting application-specific airlaid substrates for controlling moisture in fresh food packaging

    CHARLOTTE - Magnera is positioning airlaid nonwovens as a flexible substrate technology for moisture management in fresh meat, poultry, seafood and produce packaging.

    The company says dry-formed cellulose-fibre webs can be engineered to balance absorbency, fluid distribution and converting performance across different packaging formats.
