    Rieter has completed the integration of Barmag as a dedicated Man‑Made Fiber Division, expanding its position in nonwovens while navigating a transitional year

    WINTERTHUR - Rieter has completed the initial integration of its recently acquired Barmag business, including Oerlikon Nonwoven, forming a new Man‑Made Fiber Division that broadens its systems offering from natural to man‑made fibres and nonwovens.

    The move is described by the group as the largest acquisition in its history and is intended to strengthen its competitive position, particularly in Asia.
