Merged roller specialist targets converting sector

American Roller Company and Precision Roll Solutions have merged to create a broader precision roll and coating platform for nonwovens processing and industrial converting applications

WISCONSIN - American Roller Company (ARCO) and Precision Roll Solutions (PRS) have announced a merger designed to create what the partners describe as one of North America’s most comprehensive precision roll manufacturing and services platforms for printing, packaging and industrial converting lines.

The deal brings together engineered roll coverings, base rolls, cylinder manufacture and slitters and winders in a single organisation, with implications for nonwovens, film and paper producers seeking integrated roll solutions.
