    Independently reviewed, ISO-compliant life cycle assessment drawing on primary data from 753 US-based growers across 17 states

    A new LCA is positioned as a baseline to guide ongoing work

    CARY – Cotton Incorporated has released a life cycle assessment (LCA) of US cotton fibre production, providing updated, cradle‑to‑gate data on environmental impacts from field to gin based on primary grower inputs.

    The study is intended to give brands, retailers and their supply chain partners a clearer baseline for material strategies, sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance.
