Donaldson completes Facet Filtration acquisition

MINNEAPOLIS - Donaldson Company, the supplier of technology-led filtration products and solutions, has completed the previously announced acquisition of Facet Filtration, the developer of mission-critical fuel and fluid filtration solutions.

Facet is a pioneer in the jet fuel filtration market where its products are utilised at multiple stages of the supply chain from refinery to end fueling point. The acquisition broadens Donaldson’s exposure to durable end markets including aerospace and defence, and power generation.
