    Essity has begun a strategic review of its global Consumer Tissue business, raising potential portfolio changes in one of Europe’s largest tissue supply chains for brands and retailers

    STOCKHOLM – Health and hygiene giant Essity has initiated a strategic review of its global Consumer Tissue business, with options on the table that include a possible separation of the division from the rest of the Group.

    The move is aimed at creating what the company describes as “the best possible conditions for the Consumer Tissue business and the Group to develop to their full potential and maximize value creation”.
