    Lenzing is expanding its Veocel nonwoven fibre capacity and tightening its premiumisation focus as it navigates a weaker market but firmer cellulose fibre pricing

    LENZING - Lenzing Group is stepping up investment in Veocel-branded nonwoven fibres against a backdrop of softer revenues but improved earnings in the first quarter of 2026.

    The Austria‑headquartered company is prioritising high‑margin nonwovens applications, particularly in hygiene, as part of a broader performance and premiumisation programme.
