    Kimberly‑Clark has detailed a new post‑closing leadership structure to support the integration of Kenvue and its global personal care and health portfolio

    DALLAS - Kimberly‑Clark has outlined the organisational structure and key leadership roles that will come into effect following completion of its planned acquisition of Kenvue, positioning the enlarged group for growth across personal care, health and hygiene markets.

    The transaction, valued at US$48.7 billion when announced in November 2025, is expected to close in the second half of 2026 subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
