    Lycra files for bankruptcy as part of restructuring process

    WILMINGTON - The Lycra Company, the global producer of stretch materials for the hygiene sector, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Houston, Texas, in a move it says will cut debt and stabilise its balance sheet while keeping day-to-day operations running as normal.
