    LEXINGTON - Fibroline, which has developed the technology to enable the dry formulation of wipes, enabling the impregnation of new actives which to date have been difficult to integrate into a lotion, has partnered with Navis TubeTex on a new innovation centre in Lexington, North Carolina.
