    CAMBRIDGE – New low-cost and energy-efficient materials are proving effective at filtering carbon dioxide directly from the air.

    Researchers at University of Cambridge are charging charcoal integrated filter media – frequently employed in water filtration – with ions that form reversible bonds with CO2.
