Suominen narrows loss in first quarter

HELSINKI – Despite a 3% dip in sales, nonwovens manufacturer Suominen has narrowed its losses for its first quarter.

Total sales were â‚¬113.6 million, down from â‚¬116.8 million, with a loss for the period of â‚¬1 million, compared to a loss of â‚¬3.9 million in the same period of last year.
