    Pulp giant to acquire Accrol

    BLACKBURN - UK wipes and tissue maker Accrol Group has agreed to an improved £130 million acquisition by Navigator Paper .

    Under the terms of the deal, Accrol shareholders will receive 39p per share in cash, up from a previous offer of 38p a share.
