ALPHARETTA - Filtration specialist Neenah, Inc. has announced a €25 million investment in new meltblown capacity at its German filtration facility.

As well as providing an opportunity for new growth, the investment in the new line, which is expected to online in mid-2024, will also supports the increasing demands from Neenah's existing customers.

The company's portfolio of meltblown products is designed to promote higher filtration efficacy and lower energy usage. The electrostatically charged NeenahPure media solutions support HVAC, air pollution control, and air purification systems, offering efficiencies of greater than 99.9%.

"Clean air and water are critical to our communities and environment," said said president and CEO Julie Schertell. "Meltblown technology effectively removes harmful particles from the air we breathe and the water we drink. This new meltblown line intensifies our innovation efforts and allows us to continue to grow with our customers."
