Fibre recycling established in Finland

PAIMIO – A new recycling plant for turning waste clothing into durable nonwovens is being established this year in Finland.

Rester Oy, based in Paimio, Finland, will have the capacity to recycle an annual 12,000 tons of post-consumer textiles – about 10% of the country’s total textile waste.
