    Ahlstrom-Munksjö completes Expera acquisition

    Wisconsin - Ahlstrom-Munksjö has completed the acquisition of US-based speciality paper producer Expera Specialty Solutions for a fee of US$615 million, a deal that could triple the fibre-based materials manufacturer's net sales in the US and provide a platform for further growth.
