    New $1 billion pulp JV for Lenzing

    LENZING – A joint venture to investigate building the largest single line dissolving wood pulp (DWP) plant in the state of Minas Gerais, close to Sao Paulo in Brazil has been formed between cellulosics fibre leader Lenzing and Duratex, a Brazil-headquartered producer of industrialised wood panels.
