Bostik seals XL Brands acquisition

DALTON – Adhesives giant Bostik has completed the acquisition of American floor covering adhesives and sealants producer XL Brands to increase its product portfolio. The move is seen as complementary to Bostik’s current product offerings, particularly following the acquisition of floor preparation business CMP, the company claims.
