The intellectual property and production know-how of flax fibre manufacturer Crailar Technologies, have been purchased by Crailar Fibre Technologies International. Acquired assets include trademarks, trade secrets, IP and knowledge related to bast fibre production, from agronomics to finished products developed by Crailar Technologies. The deal will also see the completion of financing to fund immediate operational and product development efforts.
