Cellulosic fibre supplier Lenzing is launching a new Tencel fibre made from cotton waste fabrics in a bid to drive circular economy solutions in the textile industry. The new generation of lyocell fibres will combine cotton waste recycling with Lenzing’s closed-loop Tencel production on a commercial scale.
