Marketed highlighting the diapers’ use of soft organic cotton, using green ‘eco’ style imagery, the Huggies diapers are the focus of a federal complaint against Huggies parent Kimberly-Clark and two subsidiaries, filed by Christina Franjul, New York, and Veronica Brenner, California.
