The total volume of carpet diverted from landfill in the UK has continued to rise, reaching 113,000 tonnes in 2014. according to the latest figures.
This represents a diversion rate of 28%, exceeding the target of 25% by 2015 set by Carpet Recycling UK (CRUK) back in 2008.
