Duni is launching its largest-to-date range of compostable, unicoloured napkins and tablecoverings made from linen-like nonwovens.

All of the products in the range carry the OK Compost label which means they are guaranteed as biodegradable in an industrial composting plant, contain no harmful chemicals and can be sorted with food waste when allowed.

“We are launching the range for two main reasons,” explained Elisabeth Gierow, CSR & Quality Director at Duni. “Firstly, there is strong demand from our customers for eco-conscious solutions and secondly, for us innovation, quality, safety and environmental standards go hand in hand.”

The OK Compost certified products are available in a veriety of materials, including Dunicel, Evolin, Dunilin, Dunilin Brilliance, Dunisoft and Duni Elegance, as well as 1-4-ply tissue products.
