Ontex, Europe’s leading manufacturer of private-label hygienic disposable products, is to acquire Artsana Sud SpA, the manufacturer and distributor of Serenity incontinence products in Italy, from Artsana Group.
It is also to offer €75 million Senior Secured Temporary Notes to finance, the acquisition in part.
