US BioDesign is launching its new nonwoven biomedical component range at the Medical Design and Manufacturing West Trade Show in Anaheim, California this week (February 12-15).
The company, based in Perkasie, Philadelphia, already has the world’s largest medical braiding machine which provides it with unbeatable quality and design advantages and now the nonwovens range will provide greater surface area in applications for products which encourage cellular in-growth and allow for customised performance and controlled absorption profiles.
“Time is money for our customers,” says CEO Tom Molz. “Our best-in-class medical braiding technologies have allowed us to drastically reduce design and production times for our partners resulting in a vast reduction of time in the commercialisation of their product. I fully expect our nonwoven division to be equally successful.
