Fibre manufacturer Trevira plans to launch a recycling concept for its market-leading Trevira CS contract furnishing fabrics in 2013 – most likely seeing the materials turned into nonwovens for insulation.
The plan is that direct customers of Trevira, including spinners and yarn finishers, as well as fabric manufacturers, will be able offer recycling possibilities for pure 100% Trevira CS textiles to their customers and/or to end consumers as a result of the new concept.
