Low & Bonar has announced the acquisition of Xero Flor International GmbH, a long-established supplier of green roof solutions, based in Germany.
The company will continue to operate under the name Xeroflor Green Solutions, and many synergies with Colbond – the Low & Bonar manufacturer of industrial nonwovens for flooring, automotive and construction applications – are anticipated.
