Lucart will change the name of Georgia-Pacific Italy to Airtissue srl and will market the Tenderly and Tutto brands as such.

The agreement also licenses the use of Lotus Professional and the exclusive distribution of Demak’up products in Italy for a year.

Airtissue is based in Genoa, Italy and has two plants in Castelnuovo and Avigliano. The Tenderly brand includes tissue, toilet paper, napkins, handkerchiefs and towels while Tutto is a range based on airlaid technology or dry paper.
