  • RST attracts US Air Force

    alThe US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is to partner with Alexium in the further development of Reactive Surface Treatment (RST) coating technology.

    RST is based on patented microwave driven chemistry which enables nanoscopic coatings to be applied on to a wide range of fibre-based products in a continuous reel-to-reel process which is essential for compatibility with existing manufacturing equipment for textiles and nonwovens.
